摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disturbance of assembly between a device and a printed circuit board by including a main body formed of a conductive elastomer material and provided with an uneven cross section, a first contact area on one end of the main body, and a second contact area on the other end. SOLUTION: When a cross sectional area is lowered, a spring constant or compressing force of a mutual connection 10 during compression is reduced. Because of the increase of a deflection area and the reduction in the spring constant, compensation for irregularity of the surface can be improved. The mutual connection 10 is engaged with a counterpart contact for providing electrical engagement so as to be held in a contact engaging condition by means of a proper mechanical fixing part serving as a part of a mutual connection socket constructed variably. In the engaged state, the mutual connection 10 is compressed for providing electric connection between a conductive area 12 of an integrated circuit or another device 14 and a contact 22 in a circuit board 11.
