PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To project a video in the obliquely upward or obliquely downward from a projecting device without causing problems of the projecting device by reflecting a video emitted from the projecting device at least once by a reflection member to make incident on a video display medium to reproduce the video. SOLUTION: The video information is sent from a video supply device 162 through a video correcting device 161 to a projecting device 11. The video light 151 is emitted by the projecting device 11 to the reflecting member 12, and the video light 151 is converted into reflected video light 152 with the reflection member 12 and enters a video display medium 13. The reflected light 152 is transmitted or diffracted in the video display medium 13 to outgo as exit light 153. Thus, the video image is reproduced on the video display medium 13. An observer 8 can observe the video in the opposite side of the display medium 13 to the projecting device 11. In this case, by properly controlling the position and number of the reflection member 12, the image light 151 can be made to enter the image display medium 13 disposed in the obliquely lower position.
