PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing device to increase reliability, without increasing the time and labor and a cost during assembly. SOLUTION: The horizontal part 37a of a spring member 30 is assembled to a guide sleeve in a manner to move over a protrusion 22c formed on the guide sleeve. Since a slope part 37b inclined in the mounting direction is formed at the horizontal part 37a, even when the horizontal part 37a makes contact with the protrusion 22c along the mounting direction, the bearing pressure of a contact part is relaxed by the slope part 37b, and this constitution prevents shaving of the protrusion 22c.
