<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee a stable supply of a fluid by providing flow paths through which the fluid such as a chloroflurocarbon gas flows internally, in a closed container housing the flow paths across the entire inner space, in a device for heating a medium to be heated such as water stored in a closed container with the help of a heater. SOLUTION: In the fluid heating device 18, for heating a fluid such as water, which is used for the organic halide decomposing device or the like, a heater 18b for heating the water 18a as a medium to be heated is provided, and the water 18a and the heater 18b are housed in a tubular vaporizing chamber 18c. Above the vaporizing chamber 18c, a tubular liquefying chamber 18e internally housing flow paths 34a, 34b, across the entire inner space, through which the fluid such as a chlorofluorocarbon gas flows and a communicating tube 18d through which gas and the water 18a as the liquid are circulated between the vaporizing chamber 18c and the liquefying chamber 18e, are installed. Thus a closed container 18f is constituted of the vaporizing chamber 18c, the liquefying chamber 18e and the communicating tube 18d. The chlorofluorocarbon gas and the like and water vapor passing through the fluid heating device 18 are mixed by a mixer and the mixture is supplied to a discharge tube of the organic halide decomposing device to make a harmful gas harmless.</p> |
