PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition excellent in moldability and compression strain characteristics and giving less scatter and variability of electrical resistance by incorporating therein a liquid polymer derived from butadiene or isoprene and comprising structural units each having an alkenyl group in the side chain, a hydrosilyl crosslinking agent and a hydrosilylating catalyst. SOLUTION: The composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a liquid polymer derived from butadiene and/or isoprene and comprising structural units each having an alkenyl group in the side chain, 1-15 pts.wt. of a hydrosilyl crosslinking agent of formula I, and the like, and a hydrosilylating catalyst such as chloroplatinic acid, and it further comprises 1-30 pts.wt. of an electrically conductive agent such as electrically conductive carbon black, a filler, a plasticizer, an antioxidant, and the like. The liquid polymer has a number average molecular weight of 700-200,000, and comprises structural units of formula II, and gives a three dimensional network by crosslinking to show a rubber elasticity. In formula I, R1 is a 2-20C hydrocarbon; R2 is a 1-20C hydrocarbon; R3 is hydrogen or methyl; (m) and (n) are each one or more; (p) is 0 or a positive number: and 2<=m+n+p<=200. |
