PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid such a phenomenon that a self-adhesive adheres to the vicinity of an emitting orifice or the periphery thereof in peeling a protective member when a user mounts a recording head on a recording apparatus to generate the emission failure of ink by extremely simple constitution. SOLUTION: An emitting orifice forming member, an ink supply member for supplying ink to the emitting orifice forming member from an ink housing container and an emitting pressure generating means 14 generating emitting pressure for emitting ink from the ink emitting orifices formed by the emitting orifice forming member are provided and the emitting orifice forming surface of the emitting orifice forming member and one surface of the ink supply member are connected on an almost same plane and a protective member 23 is bonded to the surfaces of both members so that the self-adhesive area of the protective member 23 per a unit area at the part other than the vicinity of the ink emitting orifices is made smaller than that in the vicinity of the ink emitting orifices. |
