The invention concerns the technical field of mortars, concrete and other cement-based compositions, and in particular agents capable of modifying their rheological characteristics, in particular workability. Workability may be defined as the property of a hydraulic binder to remain workable for as long as possible. The invention concerns novel agents of the acrylic copolymer type with urethane functions to improve the workability of hydraulic binders, their preparation method, binders containing them and their use. Said agents have the interesting property of not delaying setting time.
