A feed-water pump arrangement for a power station has a feed-water pump (2) with a suction line, fitted with a suction- flange (10), connected to the feed-water pump (2), and a pressure-line (6), with a pressure flange (12), connected to the feed-water pump (2). The feed-water pump (2) is mounted in one container, of given size, together with the suction-line (4) and the pressure-line, but the suction flange (10) is located outside the container at a fixed first point and the pressure flange (12) is likewise located outside the container (8), at a fixed second point. More specifically, the feed-water pump (2) is fixed approximately in the centre of the container (8).
