Compounds with fungicidal and insecticidal properties having the following formula: <CHEM> wherein A is N or CH; V is O or NH; m and n are the integers 0 and 1, and m + n is 1; X is independently selected from hydrogen, halo, (C1-C4)alkyl, and (C1-C4)alkoxy; Z is NR5R6, OR5 or CR7R8R9; and R, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, and R9 vary.
