SOLUTION: This module battery unit is composed of a battery voltage detector 2 for detecting each battery voltage of a plurality of secondary batteries B, a current sensor 8 (a shunt resistor) measuring and detecting the state of the charge and discharge of a module battery and a charging and discharging current detector 5, and capacity adjusting circuits 61-6n connected in parallel with each of the secondary batteries and adjusting the capacity of the secondary batteries, so that the voltage difference of each battery voltage is reduced on the basis of each battery voltage detected by the battery voltage detector 2 under the charging stop state or the discharging stop state detected by the charging and discharging current detector 5. The voltage difference of the secondary batteries at the charging and discharging stop period generated by the internal resistance of the secondary batteries and the difference of a charging current in the case of charging. |
