PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone holder that can effectively utilize a characteristics of a mobile phone and a characteristics of a handset of a conventional form in the case that the mobile phone is used for a stationary terminal. SOLUTION: The holder H consists of a case 2 that contains a mobile phone 1, a cover 4a that is mounted on the case 2 and able to be opened/closed, and a cavity part formed by the cover 4a. A reception section 5a is provided to part of the cover 4a. In a transmission reception enable state, after the cover 4a is opened and the mobile phone 1 is contained therein, the cover 4a is closed and the mobile phone is used. In this case, the cavity of the cover 4a acts like a voice guide path. Since the holder H has a size of a conventional telephone set, the holder H provides excellent user-friendliness when the mobile phone is used as a fixed terminal which has not to be carried.
