PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet housing and an image forming device which can properly position a loaded sheet to be excellent in reliability even in the case that the sheet of large capacity can be loaded. SOLUTION: When an adjusting knob 9 is rotated in the counter clockwise direction, a side regulating member 3 is slid to an inner side of a sheet housing by cams 12a, 12b, rotation driving is applied to a lock rotary shaft 11 via a pulley 18, belt 14, stage gear 16, stage gear 17, belt 15, and a pulley 19, the lock rotary shaft is rotated by an equal amount clockwise in the opposite direction to a lock rotary shaft 10, and a side regulating member 4 is slid by an equal amount to the side regulating member 3 to the inside of the sheet housing by cams 13a, 13b.
