PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a bobbin case to be exchanged by maintaining the bobbin case even if a lever and a regulating member incline each other owing to a play in the rotary direction of the bobbin case. SOLUTION: This bobbin exchange apparatus comprises a lever 202 which is mounted on a bobbin case 200 so as to be able to raise, a bobbin finger piece which is provided with regulating members 56, 58 forming the almost same space y as the width x of the lever and maintains the bobbin case by making the lever to be raised and then guiding it to a gap, a carrier part for carrying the bobbin finger piece. In this case, on at least either a part of the control members 56 and 58 facing to the bobbin case or the end of the lever, tapers 208 and 210 are formed, thereby the lever can be smoothly led into the gap of the regulating members 56, 58.
