PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely execute water proof against liquid which spills from above, to eliminate a short-circuit accident, to match a device with the seat arms of various colors or the like in terms of colors and to reduce the number of machine types to be prepared. SOLUTION: The cabinet surface plate 6 of at least an operation side in a cabinet 1 is set to be a plate body which has translucency and densely covers the whole face of the operation side. Optical contact detection means such as reflection-type infrared photocouplers 9 are arranged on the inner side of the cabinet surface plate 6 and a contact operation is detected through the cabinet surface plate 6. A liquid crystal panel 2 for operation display is installed on the inner side of the cabinet surface plate 6.
