摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus for construction machinery, which suppresses loss of an engine output by controlling the flow rate of a pump so as not to excessively increase pump delivery pressure at the time of leveling work, to thereby prevent lowering of fuel economy. SOLUTION: The control apparatus for construction machinery comprises hydraulic pumps 51, 52, a plurality of operating members 54, and a control means 1 for controlling flow rates of discharge from the hydraulic pumps 51, 52. The control means 1 includes a boom fine operation determining means 2 for determining whether or not a boom fine operation is carried out based on a manipulated variable of a boom operating member 54a, a stick fine operation-determining means 3 for determining whether or not a stick minute operation is carried out based on a manipulated variable of a stick operating member 54b, a bucket minute operation determining means 4 for determining whether or not a bucket fine operation is carried out based on a manipulated variable of a bucket operating member 54c, and a pump inclining/rotating angle control means 5 for controlling inclining/rotating angles of the hydraulic pumps 51, 52, based on results of the determination of the boom fine operation-determining means 2, the stick fine operation determining means 3, and the bucket fine operation determining means 4.
