PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy assembly and/or disassembly of a rear railer for replacing a parallel link by making it up with a fixing member, a chain guide member and a link mechanism assembly. SOLUTION: A rear derailer 12 is provided with a fixing member 50 having a bracket shaft assembly 52, a chain guide member 54, a link mechanism assembly 56, and an energizing member 59. The fixing member 50 is interlocked with a bicycle frame firmly by the bracket shaft assembly 52. The link mechanism assembly 56 is interlocked between the fixing member 50 and the chain guide member 54 such that the chain guide member 54 is movable between a retracted position and overhung position. Moreover, the link mechanism assembly 56 has a plurality of rotation supporting pins 58 for interlocking the fixing member 50 and the chain guide member 54. At least one rotation supporting pin 58 is detachably and unrotatably interlocked with either one of the fixed member 50 or the chain guide member 54.
