PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely stop rotation of a driven gear at a predetermined location with a simple construction. SOLUTION: A torque intermittently transmitting apparatus 102 has a partially toothless gear 35a including a notched portion 35e having no teeth, and rotating one revolution by a driving gear 32, rotation urging means 37, 38 for rotatively urging the partially toothless gear 35a in one direction to engage it with the driving gear 32, rotation stopping means 31a, 31b for stopping rotation of the partially toothless gear 35a by disengageably engaging with the partially toothless gear 35a when the partially toothless gear 35a is rotatively urged by the rotation urging means 37, 38 and hence the notched portion 35e is opposed to the driving gear 32, a disengaging means 31 for disengaging the rotation stopping means 31a, 31b from the partially toothless gear 35a, an intermediate gear 36a being coaxially integral with the partially toothless gear 35a, and a driven gear 33 normally engaged with the intermediate gear 36a. On this occasion, the intermediate gear 36a is identical in the number of teeth with the driven gear 33.
