PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disassembling tool for an elevator electromagnetic brake, facilitating work for mounting/demounting an end plate in a short time without applying special machining to an electromagnetic brake device. SOLUTION: A supporting portion 3A of a pull-up member 3 is engaged with the bottom of an end plate 2 protruded from the side face of a casing 1 and a presser plate 6 is provided at the upper end of a guide rod 5 with its lower end engaged with a screw hole in the casing 1 through an through-hole 3C in the pull-up member 3 and a mounting hole 2A in the end plate 2, and an approaching/separating device is formed between the presser plate 6 and the pull-up member 3, comprising a pull-up rod 4 and a pull-up handle 7 for elevating up and down the pull-up member 3 with screw propelling force.
