PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover device for an input port in a waste can recovering vessel which can properly impede an improper input of refuses except a regular waste can. SOLUTION: This device comprises a fixed base 1 having an opening part 17 communicating with an input port 19 of a waste can recovering vessel 14, cover plate 2 pivotally mounted in the fixed base 1 so as to close the opening part 17 from a lower surface side to be rotation energized to the opening part 17 by a spring 3, and a latch 6 contained in a latch containing part 25 of the fixed base 1 to be energized to move by a spring 7. A lock stop recessed part 15 engaging/disengaging an external peripheral edge part 33 of the cover plate 2 is formed in a tip part side surface of the latch 6, an up-facing cam slope 13 pressed by a waste can 31 is formed in a tip part upper surface, and a down- facing cam slope 16 pressed by the external peripheral edge part 33 of the cover plate 2 is formed in a tip part lower surface. |
