<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an auxiliary line capable of repairing effectively a disconnection trouble of a data line by connecting the auxiliary line formed under the data line in a pixel unit to a connection pattern outside the data line. SOLUTION: An auxiliary line 160 is formed vertically between pixel columns. And a conductive connection pattern 410 is each connected to ends of the auxiliary line 160 through contact holes C1, C2 formed in a gate insulating film and a passivation insulating film and is connected to a data line 300 through a contact hole C3 holed in the passivation insulating film. Thus, as the conductive connection pattern 410 is formed near the intersection of the upper and lower gate lines 110, 120 and the data line 300, if the data line is disconnected at the intersection, a signal is transferred along the conductive connection pattern 410 connected to the auxiliary line 160. Accordingly, the auxiliary line to repair a disconnection of the data line can be formed without adding another process.</p> |
