PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent missing of a remote controller by attachably and detachably mounting the remote controller of a monitoring device mounted on a prompter device onto the prompter device and operating the remote controller while the remote controller is mounted on the prompter device so as to eliminate the need for removing the remote controller except battery replacement. SOLUTION: A remote controller container section 32 is provided to a side face of a casing 20 of the prompter device and the remote controller container section 32 contains the remote controller to conduct image quality adjustment or the like of a monitoring device 28. Furthermore, the remote controller container section 32 is devised to operate various switches of the remote controller while containing the remote controller and when the remote controller is operated in this state, an infrared ray emitted from the remote controller is led to a light receiving section of the monitoring device 28 via an optical member such as a reflection member.
