<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail device and a storage medium with which it can be grasped on the side of transmission that transmitted electronic mail is erased without being opened on the side of reception and it is reported from the reception side to the transmission side that the received electronic mail is erased without being opened in order to easily grasp mutual conditions on the transmission side and reception side of electronic mail. SOLUTION: When it is detected at a user terminal 3 that the received electronic mail is erased without being opened, a notice showing such a condition is automatically prepared and transmitted to a server provider terminal 2. Further, when the notice of non-opened erasure is received from the user terminal 3, the service provider terminal 2 identifies the mail address of the user terminal 3 which transmits that notice of non-opened erasure.</p> |
