COATING COMPOSITION HAVING ABILITY TO FORM LUBRICATIVE FILM EXCELLENT IN PRESS-MOLDABILITY AND SCUFFING- RESISTANCE, AND OF ALKALI-SOLUBLE TYPE, AND METAL PRODUCT HAVING LUBRICATIVELY TREATED SURFACE USING THIS COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition having the ability to form a lubricative film excellent in press-moldability and scuffing-resistance, and of an alkali- soluble type, and provide a metal product having a lubricatively treated surface using this composition. SOLUTION: A coating composition having the ability to form a lubricative film excellent in press-moldability and scuffing-resistance, and of an alkali- soluble type, comprises as main components (A) a polyurethane aqueous composition and (B) a lubricity imparting agent of 1-30 wt.% relative to the solid content of the aforedescribed polyurethane aqueous composition. In addition, a metal product having a lubricatively treated surface of an excellent press- moldability and scuffing-resistance is formed by so covering this coating composition for the dried film thickness as to be 0.5-5μm. Preferably, the coating composition contains furthermore as a main component (C) silica particles of 1-30 wt.% relative to the solid content of the polyurethane aqueous composition.
