PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge a small amount of water to a comfort discharge position by constituting a water discharge device of a discharge position adjusting means for changing a flow rate adjusting means and a discharge opening for making the discharge opening and the discharge amount of water constant. SOLUTION: A water faucet 1, a flow rate control valve 2, an on/off valve 3, an air mixing part 4 and a discharge port 9 are arranged in order, and a forcible air supply device 5 is connected through an air supply pipe passage 11 to the air mixing part 4. When a part of a human body is put on a discharge port 9, a control part 6 calculates a distance up to a detecting matter by the output of a human body sensor 8, determines the output of the forcible air supply device 5, and discharges water mixing bubbles from the discharge port 9. The flow rate of discharged water is constant regardless of pressure because it passes through a flow rate adjusting means, and, since the bubbles are mixed, sufficient water washing feeling can be realized by a small amount of water. When the part of the human body is put near the discharge port 9, the control part 6 makes a bubble mixing amount a small amount by the output of the sensor 8, and, since the bubble mixing amount is set large in the case where it is put at a position separated from the discharge port 9, water can be discharged at an always convenient position.
