PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give an advice which is easy for a user to mentally accept and to effectively improve life custom by judging a stress state of an object individual. SOLUTION: When the user starts operating a system 101, a stress state decision part 108 calls a question for deciding the stress state in the user in a storage part 105 and displays the question. When the user inputs an answer to the question through an input part 102, the answer is sent to the stress state decision part 108, which decides a stress state from the answer states of respective items. Then a living body data input part 104 having question items regarding the life state is displayed on a panel and living body data regarding the life state and health are inputted. A life state decision part 107 makes evaluation for the respective items and a total decision and the decision results are displayed and stored. Then an advice part 109 calls the decision results of the life state and stress state in the storage part 105 and displays corresponding advice contents.
