PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax limits of installation place of a microphone by allowing a mediating means to detect a speech input means to which a speech was inputted first among plural speech input means, and connecting this speech input means with a speech recognition means. SOLUTION: A mediating circuit 13 receives only a speech signal received first among speech signals inputted from plural A/Ds 11 (detection of a microphone 1 to which a speech was inputted first), and connects the signal line to a speech recognition processor 14. As an example, the speech signal that a speech is received first is detected by comparing the rises of the speech signal pulses with each other. Thus, only a speech of a speaker who uttered first is speech-recognized by the speech recognition processor 14. Speech signals of speeches uttered later by the other speakers reaches only up to the mediating circuit 13, therefore, they are not speech-recognized by the speech recognition processor 14. |
