PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a preview brake control from continuing unnecessarily so as not to give a driver uneasy feeling by reducing a brake pre-load when very small pre-load is actuated, according to the elapsed time after an acceleration pedal is released and making the pre-load zero some time afterwards. SOLUTION: An amount of current supplied to a solenoid valve 5 is controlled so as to make a brake pressure detected by a brake pressure sensor correspond to a prescribed brake pre-load. When a vacuum valve 3 of a negative pressure booster 24 closes while an atmospheric valve 4 opens, atmospheric pressure is introduced into a transformation chamber 1 of the negative pressure booster 24. Further, a shaft cylinder 17 moves leftward so as to move a push rod 8, and then braking is actuated by brake pressure generated from a master cylinder 25 according to a pre-load before the driver's braking operation. Even by this, the driver does not feel uncomfortable and a preview brake control expecting the drive's braking operation is enabled.
