PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve capable of effectively preventing damage, breakage of a diaphragm and improving durability. SOLUTION: The control valve comprises a diaphragm 35 responding to an operating pressure, and a valve disc 40 axially vertically driven by the diaphragm 35. In this case, a short cylindrical rising portion 35a connected by welding or the like by inserting an upper end 41 of the disc 40 into a center of a pressure responding surface 35b of the diaphragm 35 is provided. A reinforcing ring 36 having an L-shaped section is externally fixedly engaged with the portion 35a, and a roundness such as a round shape or the like is formed at an outer peripheral edge corner 36a of the side oppositely brought into contact with the surface 35b at the ring 36.
