PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking/unlocking operation certifying device for ensuring certification of final information of locking/unlocking operation. SOLUTION: This locking/unlocking operation certifying device includes a locking device 3 provided for unremovably locking a lock body 1 in a locking condition to lock a locked object 2, a storage means provided in a key plate 4, where locking/unlocking operation of the locking device 3 is performed, for storing final information of locking/unlocking operation on the locking device 3 via a communication means 5 and a reader 7 for reading the stored information in the storage means.
