PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the impact that the revolving shaft of a rotating member and a bearing for supporting the same receive. SOLUTION: The rotating member 10 is supported rotatably by the revolving shafts 11 and 12. A weight 30 is floatably held at the rotating member 10. An impact absorber 40 which absorbs the impact generated between the weight 30 and the rotating member 10 with elastic force is interposed between the weight 30 and the rotating member 10.
