PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily clip nail without taking an unnatural posture such as twisting the body, obliquely gripping a nail clipper, etc., by fitting a lower part gripping plate at the lower part of an existent nail clipper so as to freely change the angle of clipping nail. SOLUTION: The nail clipper made cutting angle adjustable is provided with a lower part gripping plate 2 at the lower part of an existent nail clipper 1. At the time of using an existent nail clipper, the plate 2 is not used and the nail is clipped by turning over an upper part gripping plate 1-1. At the time of using the nail clipper with angle adjustment, the plate 1-1 is first turned over similarly to the conventional one, then the plate 1-1 and the plate 2 are turned in a horizontal direction to a desired angle for easily gripping and clipping with respect to a nail housing part 1-2 and the nail is clipped. This angle can be ortationary adjusted continuously to 90 deg. to the left and 90 deg. to the right.
