PURPOSE: A potable instant cooling agent capable of simply and fast cooling a handle, a mat and a dash board of automobiles, a tent heated in summer and heated battery, electronic articles and various machines is provided which can be conveniently used by filling in a potable vessel and spraying. CONSTITUTION: The agent composition comprises 80 to 90% by weight of HCFC as a main component and 9 to 11% by weight of LPG, 3.5 to 4.5% by weight of ethanol, 0.4 to 0.6% by weight of rosemary oil and 0.4 to 0.6% by weight of menthol oil and it is characterized in that it can be used for instantly cooling a handle, a mat and a dash board of automobiles, a tent heated in summer season and heated electric, electronic articles and various machines by filling in a potable vessel. |
