PURPOSE: An incentive redistribution computer structure for a surplus distribution and a reproduction based on a transaction between economic activity bodies on an online and off-line and a method of the same are provided for enhancing an economic activity and activating information infrastructure by redistributing a surplus type cash incentive using an incentive back system. CONSTITUTION: A direct transaction system based on a cash incentive is implemented by an individual company which comprehensively operate a plurality of branches and agents(21) and an online electronic commerce transaction company and a terminal apparatus(21a) installed in each member company or branches(20, 20a) based on the amount of use.
