PURPOSE: A force output type internet advertisement method is provided for obtaining a TV advertisement technique on an internet and maximizing an advertisement effect. CONSTITUTION: A network construction connected through a public line network such as a telephone line, an ISDN line, an exclusive line, etc. includes a terminal(personal computer or mobile terminal) which is a client capable of receiving a service of a web server, a web server connected in a service provider who provides a web service for registering various information and advertisement information and processing an access with respect to other service provider connected with the internet, and a modem for modulating or demodulating information generated between the web server, the terminals and the public line network.
