PURPOSE: A combination of people search(online) using internet and direct substitute search(offline) is provided to prevent the loss of time and money by automatically making offline connection for the data that cannot be searched online and to more effectively and directly aid the people search process. CONSTITUTION: A combination of people search(online) using internet and direct substitute search(offline) is composed of input and search. A member inputs the data and the searcher or the substitute searcher can search the data that has been inputted(established) by the members. If the search fails, an automatic application is received and the search firm executes the direct search process.
