CORPUSCLE DETECTOR

摘要

PURPOSE: A corpuscle detector is provided to easily measure the change amount of the laser beam without increasing amplification by receiving the laser beam reduced light intensity in a receiving part, thereby efficiently detecting the corpuscle exist in the air. CONSTITUTION: A corpuscle detector includes a case(10) having an aperture(12) in the upper part, a transmitting part(20) mounted in the inside of the case and emitting a laser beam, a receiving part(30) positioned on an optical path of the laser beam emitted from the transmitting part, an output element(70) connected with the receiving part for outputting data received in the receiving part at a predetermined type, wherein the laser beam reduced light intensity as much as dispersion light if the laser beam is dispersed by exposing corpuscle such as dust.
