PURPOSE: A structure for building a nest of a bird and preventing the failure of the power failure caused by a nest of a bird is provided to uniformly supply electrical power by preventing the power failure accident caused by the nest of a bird. CONSTITUTION: An insulator(11) engaged with a ball shackle(10) is installed at a building member(2,2a) so that a bird can build a nest on a pole(1). Three phase voltage lines(3,3a,3b) are installed on the front and rear sides of the building member(2,2a). Both side jumper lines(20,20b) are connected to the voltage lines(3,3b). A separate long support member is connected to the other end of a front building member(2,2a). An extending pin insulator(30) is fixed to a central voltage line(3a). The support member(31) is caught by the upper end portion of the pin insulator(30) to increase the distance between the pole(1) and the voltage lines(3a,3b) and the jumper lines(20a).
