PURPOSE: Method of processing rice combined with vegetables is provided, which prevents geriatric diseases and has a natural flavor of vegetables. CONSTITUTION: The processing method for rice containing vegetables includes following steps: (i) making juice of 1 or 2 kind of vegetables; (ii) boiling rice at 100°C for 40min, drying in the sun, getting brown rice by using a husker and grinding the rice to make rice flour; (iii) mixing 20-30% of the vegetable juice and 10-15% of water to 100% of the rice flour and pressing the dough to make a shape of grain of rice; and then (iv) polishing the rice 1-2times. The processed rice can be cooked in a short time without being washed. |
