PURPOSE: A sound recognizer with a tactile sense for audibly challenged people, is provided to receive, process, and deliver the sound to a tactile sense in order to promptly recognize the direction and the sound volume, therefore the audibly challenged people can promptly respond to any sound. CONSTITUTION: Signals of sound wave are received through six microphones(11-16), and differences between the inputted signals are obtained in a comparator(31). The signals are inputted to a level device(51) to be converted into level signals, and inputted to an operating processor(60). The inputted signals are operated to obtain the direction and sound volume and also to discriminate calling sound. Thereby the outputted signals are converted into frequencies of 1(one)-to-100HZ in a frequency converter(70). And the signals inputted to a tactile vibrator(100) are delivered to a tactile sense of a body with the direction and sound volume, and the calling sound. |
