<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a filer media having many pores by effectively connecting and porous materials and ceramic materials is provided. CONSTITUTION: Porous silica and clays are crashed by 320 mesh size, and input uniformly into a mixing tank. Settled materials under the mixing tank is input to a mixer by conveyor, mixed with silica and carbons input into a mixer. Mixture is performed quantitative analysis and moved to an extrusion molding machine by conveyer, and extrusion molded, and moved to a drying machine, and dried, and sintered at 1300°C in a furnace.</p> |
