PURPOSE: A method for advertising products on the internet is provided, so that members can automatically see advertisements supplied in electronic mail service providers on home pages to read electronic mail, when letters and post cards are received in electronic mail forms. CONSTITUTION: A member is connected to a server through an internet connector, to connect with a home page supplying electronic mail services. The member is authenticated. The member selects one of functions for transmitting or receiving electronic mail. The member selects a mail making-out function to transmit electronic mail. An advertisement is displayed for a predetermined time on a screen displayer, and the advertisement is automatically canceled. The member designates a targeted recipient and makes out electronic mail. The member clicks a 'send' button to transmit the electronic mail. The advertisement is re-displayed for a predetermined time, and is automatically canceled. |
