PURPOSE: A generator for converting motional energy to electrical energy is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and to mount the generator to electrical appliances. CONSTITUTION: A generator comprises a case, a cover, a plurality of stators(20), a plurality of movable members(30), insulating plates, a pair of resilient members, an insulating tube. The movable members(30) are made of a metal. A coil is wound on a flange portions of the movable members(30) to generate electromotive force by converting motional energy to electrical energy by the magnetic forces outputted from magnets of the stators(20). The movable members(30) are installed on the outer side of the stators(20). The insulating plates are installed between the adjacent movable members(30). The resilient members are installed on the outer side of the stators(20) to locate the movable members(30) at the central portion of the stator(20).
