PURPOSE: A health cycle having a hand gripping machine is provided which is able to perform a feet exercise and a grip exercise at the same time and easily identify quantity of motion while exercising. CONSTITUTION: In the health cycle comprising a main body(42) having both pedals(30), a base part(44) supporting the main body(42), a supporting means(48) which is vertical-movably fixed on one side of the main body(42) and has a grip(46) on the upper side, a saddle(60) which is vertical-movably fixed on the other side of the main body(42) and a control panel part(62) which is fixed on the upper end of the supporting means(48), the health cycle having a hand gripping machine further comprises: (i) a hand gripping machine assembling body(52) which is fixed on the upper free end of the grip(46) to be able to gather by a hinge(50); (ii) a spring(56) which is interposed between the hand gripping machine assembling body(52) and upper free end of the grip(46) to elastically support the hand gripping machine assembling body(52) to the outside; and (iii) a contact detecting sensor(58) which is positioned on the lower end of the hand gripping machine assembling body(52) to detect one side of the hand gripping machine assembling body(52) contacting with the grip(46) and output the detected signal.
