PURPOSE: A method using a high-speed rotating reactor and a high-speed rotation stripping tank is provided, which is characterized in that biological oxygen demand(BOD), chemical oxygen demand(COD), suspended solids(SS), nitrogen, phosphorus is removed without another processes. CONSTITUTION: Solid and liquid in the wastewater are separated by sieve. Wastewater flows into a high-speed rotating reactor(8) equipped with a nozzle that injects oxidant and alkali solution by pump, and is high-speedily rotated by 1,800-3,600rpm. Oxidant comprising metallic salt such as ferrous chloride, aluminum sulfate is injected into wastewater in being below pH 6. Therefore, pollutant of liquid and colloid phase in the wastewater is deposited as solid by oxidization, hydrolysis, and alkali solution is injected into wastewater for neutralization. After oxidation and neutralization reaction is finished, a rotation is stopped, and solids are separated.
