PURPOSE: A reinforcement structure for upper part of steel pipe in foundation work is provided to reinforce the upper part of steel pipe and install a vertical connecting bar easily in the upper part of steel pipe. CONSTITUTION: In the reinforcement structure for upper part of steel pipe, a steel pipe reinforcing member is bound in the upper part of a steel pipe(100) so that the extension footing concrete can be inserted. The steel pipe reinforcing member comprises a circular ring(20) and a circular plate(30) that are united with numerous supporting rods. The diameter of circular ring is larger than the diameter of circular plate and a binding bolt of steel pipe keeps the circular plate not to be out. The vertical connecting bars(400) are inserted into the circular ring without welding. The circular plate and the supporting rod (10) are inserted into the steel pipe and then make a space. And in the space, the extension footing concrete is flowed into the space.
