PURPOSE: A tight sealing container lid integrally formed with a container through-hole part is provided to easily stack or display the containers since the lid is laid down on a top surface of the lid and to improve the sealing force by punching a through-hole on the top surface of the lid when using the lid. CONSTITUTION: A tight sealing container lid integrally formed with a container through-hole part of a container(300) includes a main body(100) having an adhesive surface(101) to be adhered on a top surface of the container, and a reinforcing part and an opening folding part on the adhesive surface, wherein the opening folding part is formed with an opening, the opening is formed with an outlet and an air introducing hole, a container through-hole part(110) is formed below the air introducing hole, and an opening and shutting cover(200) is coupled with an outer periphery of the opening.
