PRODUCTION OF SOFT NEPHRITE MATTRESS HAVING RESTORING FORCE

PURPOSE: A process for preparing a mattress having softness and restoring force and infrared rays-irradiating property by mixing synthetic rubber, nephrite powder and mixtures is provided which produces nephrite mattress promoting the blood flow in the facial skin and invigorating the metabolism. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of mixing a mixture of 2% by weight of white carbon black, 1% by weight of aluminium oxide, 1% by weight of magnesium, 0.5% by weight of ferric oxide, 0.3% by weight of sulfur, 0.4% by weight of dibenzothiazyl disulfide, 0.3% by weight of zinc and 0.5% by weight of BHT with 6% by weight of styrene ethylene butylene rubber and 50% by weight of nephrite powder; heating 38% by weight of paraffin-based white oil at 120°C in a heating furnace; reacting the mixture with the paraffin-based white oil at 180 to 210°C; and cooling.
