PURPOSE: An electronic clutch is provided to improve productivity by easily assembling, to readily perform an assembly work by fixing a position of a rotator on a rotary shaft and to increase the flow of electromagnetic force by making up an adhesive area between the rotator and rotary shaft wide. CONSTITUTION: Bottom plates(61,91), an acceptance shaft of an electromagnetic force generation unit, a rotator combining unit and an acceptance shaft of a drive transfer unit are integrally made up on a rotary shaft. The electromagnetic force generation unit, rotator(53) and drive transfer unit(54) are received in the rotary shaft in order from one direction. The flow of a magnetic force is improved by making an adhesive area between the rotator and rotary shaft wide. The bottom plate, acceptance shaft of electromagnetic force generation unit and rotator combining unit are formed on the rotary shaft as needed. Thus, the rotator is readily combined and fixed.
