PURPOSE: A structure of a beverage container having a straw is provided to conveniently carry out both drinking content in the container with the straw and removing the content to another container by coupling a lid having the straw and an opening and closing cover. CONSTITUTION: In a structure of a beverage container having a straw, in which a lid(100) has an opening part protruded upwardly on a top surface, a plurality of straw supporting parts in the opening part, a screw part or an annular protrusion outside, a folding part(105) to be bent oppositely with relation to a folding reference surface, and a depressed space outside, a straw(200) having a corrugation part and assembled with the straw supporting parts, a sealing cover(300) coupled with an outer periphery of the opening part and having skirts on an inner wall to be coupled with the opening part, and a cup-shaped main body(400) to be coupled with the lid, wherein a sealing rim(101) is formed with a groove at an outer periphery of the lid to be inserted and coupled with an upper end(402) of the main body, and the cup-shaped main body has a plurality of reinforcement parts(401) on an inner wall.
