PURPOSE: Method for preparation of a drink containing hydrolysates of plasma protein of the blood produced from a cow or pork butchery is provided, to develop a biologic response modifier for preventing geriatric diseases. CONSTITUTION: The hydrolysates are produced by collecting the blood right after the butchery, separating blood plasma in a centrifugal machine to get plasma protein settled, and performing hydrolyzation with Flavorzyme or Alcalase. The preparation method of a drink comprises the following steps: (i) stirring old pumpkin extract at 60°C and mixing with the hydrolyzed material in refined water; (ii) adding 1-10% of liquid fruit sugar, 0.1-0.05% of citric acid, vitamin B6, B2, and C, and 0.001-0.1% of nicotinic amid, 0.1% of mixed fruit flavor and 0.05-0.1% of benzoic acid sodium, and dissolving (iii) homogenizing with polysorbate and adding some refined water after filtrating and then (iv) sterilizing at 90-100°C for 45-60sec and filling up. The hydrolyzed material has peptide checking angiontensin converting enzyme which is related to hypertension.
